Freezer To Oven Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    minced garlic or dried garlic flakes
    1 large sweet onion, in 1/2-inch slices
    1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place a sheet of aluminum foil in a shallow baking pan. Arrange frozen steaks in a single layer, not touching.
    Spread each steak lightly with the mustard.
    Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
    Arrange onion in a single layer in pan and brush with oil.
    Wrap foil loosely over meat to make a tent.
    Set timer for 30 minutes.
    When timer goes off, steaks are ready for those who like them rare.
    Add another 5 minutes for medium-rare and 5 more minutes for medium.
    Separate onion rings before serving.
