Quick Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any brand instant rice, cooked following directions for 6 c.
    soy sauce
    2 c. broccoli slaw or chopped cabbage
    1 small can mushroom slices (optional)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    chopped onion (as desired)
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat wok with 1 tablespoon oil added (large skillet may be used).
    When wok is hot, add broccoli slaw or cabbage.
    Cook until heated through, but still crisp.
    Add a teaspoon of soy sauce, mushrooms, water chestnuts and onion.
    Stir and add rice.
    Stir thoroughly and add soy sauce until desired salt flavor is reached. Pepper to taste.
    Cooking time after all ingredients have been added is 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serves 4.
