Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. water
1/4 c. oil
12 oz. chili sauce
10 oz. jar grape jelly
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the first 9 ingredients.
Shape into small meat balls.
Heat 1/2 cup oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Place meatballs in oil.
Cover and cook slowly.
Turn meatballs occasionally.
Drain oil.
Mix chili sauce and grape jelly in skillet; heat until blended.
Add meatballs, cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
Makes about 20 meatballs.
