Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. whipping cream
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. milk
Preparation

Whip eggs.
Add sugar slowly and beat until stiff.
Add whipping cream, one cup at a time, beating well between cups.
Be careful not to beat until it is butter.
Blend in vanilla, salt and milk.
Pour into ice cream bucket and plug in your freezer or call the children to help in turning the crank.
