Roasted Pig'S Stomach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pig stomach
    1 1/2 lb. ground sausage
    1 qt. diced potatoes (raw)
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove the inner lining of the stomach and discard.
    Wash stomach well and then soak in salt water several hours.
    Drain and fill stomach with filling.
    Sew securely.
