Mama'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 half chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 bag crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Bake chicken at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When cooled, remove meat and dice.
    Set aside.
    Next in bowl mix soup, celery, almonds, salt, onion, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Add diced chicken and pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
    In a small bowl, mix potato chips and cheese, then sprinkle over casserole evenly. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
