Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together 1 egg in 1/2 cup water and vinegar. Mix flour, salt and sugar together and cut in shortening. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture. Makes 2 double crust pies.
