Vanilla Extract - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 liter vodka
5 vanilla beans, cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation

Add the vanilla beans to the vodka and close tight.
Let stand 2 to 3 months.
The vodka mixture will turn amber colored.
