Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 baked pie shell, cooled
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
    Stir in milk slowly; cook over boiling water until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Stir small amount of milk mixture into egg yolks, stir back into milk mixture.
    Cook for 2 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix confectioners sugar and peanut butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle 2/3 mixture in pie crust.
    Add the rest of peanut butter mixture to filling and pour into pie crust.
    Cover with meringue and brown in oven at 325\u00b0.
