Jalapeno Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. ground green pepper
    1/4 c. seeded and ground jalapeno peppers
    5 c. sugar
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 pouches liquid fruit pectin
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add pectin and boil hard 1 minute. Stir in food coloring.
    Pour into hot clean jars to within 1/2-inch of top. Screw on tops firmly.
    Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
    Makes about 5 (8 ounce) jars.
