Flounder In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup sugar-free orange marmalade
    2 Tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/3 cup green onions, sliced
    6 oz flounder or roughy filets
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a small pan.
    Cover and cook over medium heat until marmalade melts, stirring often.
    Remove from heat and stir in onions.
    Place fish in baking dish coated with pam.
    Spoon marmalade mixture evenly over filets.
    Bake at 400 for 10 minutes until fish flakes when tested.
    Single serving.
