Ma Ma G'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix the above ingredients together and pour into a floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Top with the topping mixture. (I usually make twice the amount of topping and fold half into the cake mix. The rest goes on the top.)
