Ham And Cheese Roll Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread, defrosted in fridge overnight
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella
    1/4 lb. Provolone
    1/2 lb. American
    1/4 lb. boiled ham
    1/4 lb. salami
Preparation
    Let bread rise until doubled on side board.
    Flatten to 12 inches long and 4 inches wide.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Fill bread with other ingredients and wrap tightly.
    Let rise 1/2 hour more. Brush with butter or egg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Slice. Great to cook ahead and warm up or have cold.
