Power Soup(Stew) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Campbell's Healthy Request tomato vegetable soup
1 can butter beans with juice
any combination frozen vegetables of your choice (the more, the better; corn, peas, mixed medley, lima beans, etc.)
Mrs. Dash seasoning
Preparation

Empty contents of soup can and beans (do not drain beans) into saucepan.
Add frozen vegetables of your choice.
Season to taste with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
Heat and simmer until vegetables are softened to your preference.
High fiber, low-fat, nutritious, quick and easy.
