Bacon-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 or 9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. (6 oz. can) evaporated milk
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
    Crumble into pie shell.
    Arrange shredded cheese over bacon.
    Beat eggs slightly with both milks and seasonings.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
