Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. instant rice (raw)
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter or margarine
    buttered bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Let broccoli thaw and drain.
    Mix everything together, except buttered bread crumbs.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
