Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 apples (about 1 qt.), sliced
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
7 Tbsp. butter or margarine
whipped cream or ice cream
Preparation

Butter baking dish and fill with apples, water and cinnamon. Mix together the remaining ingredients with fingertips until crumbly.
Spread over apples and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
