Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices white bread, trimmed and buttered
2 c. milk
salt and pepper
6 slices American cheese
5 eggs
1 lb. sausage
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place broken bread pieces in pan. Top with cheese.
Beat eggs lightly and add to milk.
Pour over cheese and bread.
Sprinkle cooked sausage on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove 30 minutes before baking.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
