Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken, cubed and cooked
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 3/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. celery, finely chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
Boston lettuce or leaf lettuce

In a large bowl, combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, Mandarin sections and celery.
