Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket
    1 large onion
    seasoned salt
    soy sauce
    garlic powder
    pepper
    salt to taste
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Rub on\tseasonings.
    Cook
    at 450\u00b0 until brown (about 1 hour). Add
    onion;
    cover.
    Cook 30 minutes per pound at 325\u00b0 or until tender.
    When
    serving,
    cut across grain.\tFor best flavor, marinate overnight.
