Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 hunk butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Put butter and sugar in top of double boiler. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and heat over boiling water until milk is scalded.
    Mix the flour and cocoa in 1/2 cup milk, then stir this mixture into contents of double boiler.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Stir a little of the hot mixture into eggs.
    Add eggs and vanilla to hot mixture.
    Stir until thick.
    Pour into pie shell. Cover with meringue made from egg whites.
    Brown in oven at 350\u00b0.
