Yellow Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    few drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Mix with mixer.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Cool.
