Quick Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cartons Egg Scramblers (6 eggs)
    10 strips bacon, fried and crumbled or 2 c. diced cooked ham
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    dash of pepper
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp and then crumble.
    Line a 10-inch pie shell with unbaked pie crust.
    Arrange crumbled bacon or ham on bottom of pan.
    Combine Scramblers, milk and pepper.
    Pour over cheese and bacon mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
