Baked Soft-Shell Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 soft-shell crabs, cleaned
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Rinse crabs under cold water and drain. Place them in a shallow baking pan.
Melt butter and add lemon juice and parsley.
