Rice For All Dishes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, diced
2 small garlic cloves, put through press
1/2 lb. margarine
2 c. dry uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder (mix well in 1 c. cold water)
Preparation

Melt margarine in frying pan.
Add onion and garlic.
Cook until tender, for at least 4 minutes.
Add dry rice and cook for approximately 2 minutes more or until rice is coated well with margarine.
Add the curry powder and water.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
