Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 diced onion
    3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix.
    Cover with bread crumbs and shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
