Betty Cliff'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, sliced
    2 c. sliced celery
    6 green onions
    1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
    2 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 can bean sprouts
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    6 sliced, hard-boiled eggs
    1 can drained peas
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (Cracker Barrel)
Preparation
    Layer ingredients.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over peas or peas over Parmesan cheese.
    Put grated Cheddar cheese on top.
