1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge cake mix
2 eggs, divided
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and vegetable oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping; pat remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
