Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked fine noodles
2 c. drained, cooked spinach
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
2 c. thin white sauce
Preparation

Place noodles and spinach in alternate layers, in a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese.
Pour white sauce over spinach.
Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven until browned. Serves 6.
