Poppy Seed Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) can Solo brand poppy seed filling
1 1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar, soda and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Bake in 2 loaf pans for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
