Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pear halves
    1/3 c. red cinnamon candies
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. flaked coconut
    9 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Drain pears; reserve syrup.
    Combine with candy, heat until dissolve.
    Add pears.
    Bring to a boil. Chill pears in syrup overnight.
    Blend cheese with lemon juice.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Drain pears.
    Place filling in center of pears. Chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
