Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. persimmons
    2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add persimmons, sugar, melted butter and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, baking powder and spices.
    Start mixing and adding milk gradually.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
