Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank steak or chicken breast
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    8 to 10 drops Tabasco sauce (12 to 14 for hotter)
    flour tortillas
    lettuce, shredded
    tomatoes, chopped
    sour cream
    picante sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak or chicken into strips.
    Mix all ingredients except for tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and picante sauce. Marinate steak/chicken for 8 hours.
    (Can marinate up to 24 hours.)
    Turn steak/chicken after 4 hours and continue to marinate.
    Stir-fry or grill steak/chicken.
    Place on tortilla. Serve with lettuce, tomato, picante sauce and sour cream.
