Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3 large eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. fresh pumpkin pulp or canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Sift first 7 ingredients together 3 times.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 6 minutes.
Fold in dry ingredients by hand.
