Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 large bananas, mashed

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add buttermilk, eggs and bananas. Add flour and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0. Test with a toothpick until done.
