Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. apples, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
pecans
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Bake in 9 x 13 x 13-inch pan.
May be frozen for later, if wished.
