Beef And Kraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut
Preparation

Combine beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Alternate mixture in casserole with sauerkraut.
Add water until it comes to top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
