Ingredients

1 lb. cauliflower
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Add salt and pepper to milk-egg mixture.
Break up cauliflower.
Dip flowerets into egg mixture, then into flour and cheese mixture.
Brown in deep fat for 3 minutes.
Drain.
