Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 can whole corn
1 (4 oz.) can chopped jalapeno peppers
1 (4 oz.) can pimientos
2 c. grated cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Flour and grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder; set aside. Mix oil, eggs, pimentos, milk, corn and peppers.
Add cheese, then add dry ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour into pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
