Sicilian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 lb. ground chuck
    8 thin slices deli ham
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients, mixing well. On foil or wax paper, pat meat into 12 x 10 rectangle. Arrange ham slices on meat. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over ham. Start from short end and roll up, using foil to lift. Seal edges and ends so cheese won't cook out. Place roll seam side down in 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
