Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened
2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
1 (3 oz.) can coconut
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add milk and flour; beat well.
Add coconut. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch glass pie plates.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown and pie won't shake, around 35 to 40 minutes.
