Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked noodles
4 oz. grated Cheddar
2 oz. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. mushrooms
Preparation

Brown meat, drain off fat.
Combine meat, green pepper, onion and spices with tomato sauce; simmer about 15 minutes over low heat.
Cook noodles; drain.
Place noodles in bottom of 9 x 13-inch nonstick pan sprayed with release agent.
