Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lean beef roast
    1 lean pork roast
    2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook a lean beef roast and a lean pork roast in water until meat is very tender.
    The meat mixture should be 1/4 pork and 3/4 beef.
    Chop meat.
    To season meat, use dry onion soup mix.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Use water in which roasts were cooked to make hash the right consistency.
    (The amount of onion soup is a guess, it depends on the amount of meat used; just taste and adjust as you like.)
