Ever Ready Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran Buds
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 beaten eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. soda
1 qt. buttermilk
4 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
Preparation

Pour water over Bran Buds.
Cream sugar, shortening and eggs. Sift flour, salt and soda.
Mix all together.
Stir until moistened; keep in covered container for up to a month in refrigerator.
May add raisins or nuts or dates.
Bake in muffin tin at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
