Cheesy Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie shell
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Melt chocolate bits over hot, not boiling, water.
Cool slightly.
Stir cream cheese to soften; blend in 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in melted chocolate.
Chill mixture until thick, then beat until smooth.
