Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain white rice (uncooked)
2 cans beef consomme
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, diced and drained
1 small onion, diced
1 stick margarine, chopped into pieces
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a 1-3/4 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered. Serve hot. Good warmed over, too.
