Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. vegetables, finely chopped *
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    *Use any of the following: broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, green onions, green pepper, red bell pepper, fresh mushrooms.
