Wonton Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    wonton wrappers
    peanut oil
    powdered sugar
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Work with 3 wrappers at a time, one on top of the other.
    Cut in half.
    Make a 1-inch slit lengthwise in center of each half and pull one end up and through the slit to make a loose bow.
    Pour oil to a depth of 4 inches in a deep saucepan or Grandpappy fryer. Being careful not to overcrowd, deep fry bows until golden, turning once.
    Drain on paper toweling and sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
