Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa (Hershey's)
    3/4 c. evaporated milk (Pet)
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in large boiler; bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
    Cake layer must be ready when icing is finished or icing will get too hard to spread if not put on cake immediately.
