Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens or 1 hen
    2 pkg. floured tortillas, cut in strips
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water and cook until tender.
    Remove chicken from pot, let cool and debone.
    Bring broth to a boil and drop in tortilla strips.
    Cook 2 or 3 minutes slow and put deboned chicken in pot.
    Cook slow with cover on pot for 5 minutes.
